Muriel discovered she had no food, so was forced to venture out. She struggled in the deep deep snow as she scurried up the  lane. The icy wind almost froze her nose and her energy it drained. She came upon a farm house, "Hooray, there´s someone home" the lights were on, the curtains drawn; she heard voices singing songs. So as quiet as a mouse, she squeezed under the door.
